Swollen Lobsided Penis/Lump? Please Reply!

I've noticed that on my penis, at the bottom of the head (the neck of my penis) it's bigger on one side. (the right) I was wondering if this is unormal and if so, could it be swollen or a lump? Could this be penile cancer or anything serious? I have phimosis so I can't retract it to see what it is. I don't know if it's always been that size and I payed too much attention to my penis or if it just devolved something underneath. My penis also looks a little uneven when in flaccid. It looks kind of lobsided, it looks more normal when I have an erection though. Im only 18 and not sexually active, never had sex so I know it's not an STD. Does anyone know what this could be or what could cause this? Is it my mind just playing tricks on me or is it serious? My foreskin is also really soft and feels kind of weak lately, it sometimes hurts and is sore as if I have small tears in my foreskin and my penis has less sensitivity and feels cold sometimes in an unpleasant way, though I can feel pain and difference of tempature. It's kind of like having low testosterone I guess but I think it's because of infection. If someone could reply, I'd appreciate it.

Hi if your concerned have a doc take a look but its not any std symptom and could just be your mind playing tricks on you. Also when you touch your penis it causes blood to enter the head so maybe you have more blood vessels on one side.

Thanks sir. Perhaps one side has always been a little bigger than the other or something, not too sure. It's just kind of embarrassing going to the doctors for these kinds of problems. Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it
