Swollen glands in neck, armpits & groin.

Hi All,
I am 31 years old. I have strange symtoms after 2 sexual encounters I had, both protected.
One was on 28 August 2010 with a prostitute. During this event when I lost my erection I changed condom using the hand that had previously touched her vagina.
The other was on 25 of September just for a night with a college student. During this event the girl told me to withdraw before ejactulation and I noticed some brownish discharged coming from her vagina. The condom was full of that. I have to say that this girl was hesitating whether we should have sex or not...The next day on 26 Sep I noticed on my penis some fungus and was redish and dry (both inside on the head and outside on the skin). This was diagnosed by my dermatologist as fungus and eczema.
After 10 days, on 5 October I started to feel that the left gland behind my ear was swollen and I was feeling fatigue. After some time, maybe 7 days, i start feeling the glands under my armpits and the groin swollen.
I had DNA test for HIV on 14 October ( 47 days after the 1st ecounter and 19 days after the 2nd) and it was negative.
On 8 November (72 days after the 1st  and 44 days after the 2nd) I had a test for HIV, Syphilis, Heb B & C, Chlamydia, Trichomonas, Candida, Mycoplasma, Ureoplasma. All negative.
On 22 November (86 days after 1st and 58 days after 2nd) I did the duo test - Negative.
On 30 November I was tested for Ebstein Bar, CMV and toxoplasma- Negative
Yesterday 2 December (96 days after 1st and 68 days after 2nd) I had test for HIV antibodies and waiting today for my results.
My questions are:
1) If the prostitute was positive is there any chance that Hiv was transmited to me by my hand that had previously touched her vagina?
2) If the college girl was positive is there any chance that Hiv or other STD was transfmited to my penis via any kind of fungus?
3) Since all the tests I did were negative why, after 2 months, I still have the swollen glands?
4) I have to do one last HIV test 3 months after the 2nd encounter (In January 2011). Correct?
5) I am seeing an endocrinologist for my swollen glands. Is there any other kind of doctor specializing on this issue (swollen glands) or STDs?

Thanks a lot and sorry for the lengthy email.

M

many things can cause swollen lymph nodes and swollen glands.  continue to follow up on that with your provider to try to figure out what caused them. sometimes it can take awhile for them to go back down.

However the swollen glands are still there (2 months now) and I think that its something more serious than just the fungus :( Anyways no more questions...

Thanks a lot Grace and to this forum for all your support, keep up the good work :)

God bless you and enjoy your New year holidays

your providers evidently feel you have a fungal infection going on. no reason not to believe them. the moisturizers in the ointments you are using is probably what cleared up your eczema for you.

Grace thanks a lot for your answer..
Can I ask something related to other STD's? In case you might know is there any STD that is related to eczema (penis skin is dry, redish and pealing)?  Its very weird cause I have had eczema in the past but after I got the following treatment I was fine in 7 days:
1) "ketrozol 200" tablets and
2)  combination of Mycoril Cream 1% in the evening and Nystalocal cream in the morning.
It has been 3 weeks that i am taking treatment for eczema and fungus on my penis (i have also light eczema between my fingers) but they don't seem to go.
Just note that I have another symptom which indicates that something is wrong:
- After masturbation I notice that every time the semen's color is yellowish and has silicon like pieces in it. I know it can be normal once after long absence from sex but all the time I don't think is normal..

Could you please let me know If there is any other STD that I haven't mentioned above and is related to these symptoms (swollen lymph notes in neck, armpits & groin and eczema)?
My doctor is trying his best but your additional experienced advice will be much appreciated..

Thanks again

you also asked this in hiv which is the more appropriate community for your questions. continue to follow up there.

these were both protected encounters so odds are this isn't at all std related and you've wasted a lot of money on unnecessary testing. continue to follow up with your doctor as needed.
