Swollen lymph node on left side of groin and burning sensation when urinating

Hello I am a 32 year old male.  I have had sex with five different partners in the last month. I always use a condom except when oral sex is being performed.  I went to the doctor and was tested for chlamydia and gonorhea, which both came back negative.  My doctor gave me doxycycline to take. I have been taking for about 4 days now.  However it seems that my symptoms are getting worse.  It is extremely painful/burns when I urinate and I have an enlarged/swollen lymph node on the left side of my groin which is painful to the touch.  I am getting very worried about what else this could be? What other diseases could have these symptoms?
