Symptoms of STD ?

Hello,  after having unprotected oral and vaginal sex with a person who I found out later to be a protitute I developed symptoms. I was immediately stressed out from learning this the next day. The next day I developed a sore throat(on the left side)
The second day I had mucus in my saliva and a slight pain in my unrinary track that came and went.
Day three showed much of the same with pain in my testicles, urinary track tho not when I peed. This pain came and went. I also had some some slight body pain. I started taking antibiotics at this point. Still stressed out.
I am in a the Philippines and have had a urine test and blood test three times  this week all coming back neg.
Am now on day 9 have not had a fever or headaches, only the symptoms I've described with possible slight muscle fatigue. Am awaiting swab results and will talk to a specialist soon.
The muscle pain seems to be very random, sore throat is gone..possibly a little dry.. the aching tends to be in my right forearm, testicles.. and here and there.
After the brief vaginal sex without a condom, I peed and washed in shower with a lot of soap and shampoo...
Any help from someone in the know would be greatly appriciated.. Clearly I'm stressed out thinking it's HIV.. The lady I had sex with had some dark circles under her eyes ..   I'm very stressed out.

okay guys day 10 with 5 days of antibiotic treatment... testicle pain has subsided. Still have occasional urinary track pain, and some body aches especially in fore arms. Blood and urine test have shown nothing. Am still awaiting swab tests from lab which will come in tomorrow from the third world country that I am staying in. Am concerned but not as much as before. I heard that flu like symptoms accompany usually accompany hiv.. I have only had what is listed above... I would assume that I have something like Chlamidia. . but with the tests coming back neg. I am perplexed.

All you can do is wait for your test results.  Try to relax because extreme worrying will not help you at all. It is only causing you to be more aware of what is going on in your body when otherwise you wouldn't have noticed.  

Washing after sex will not prevent infections if they have been transmitted.  And her physical appearance has nothing to do with whether or not she has stds.
