The average time between infection with syphilis and appearance of the first symptom is 21 days, but it can range from 10 to 90 days.
Syphilis is transmitted from person to person by direct contact with syphilis sores. Sores occur mainly on the external genitals, vagina, anus, or in the rectum. Sores also can occur on the lips and in the mouth.

we ask in our read before posting post that you keep all your questions in one post instead of making multiple posts. your future cooperation with this is appreciated. Even though this is a different topic from your other post on this forum, it helps us keep all the info about you in one place :)
you have never mentioned your original encounter in your posts that I saw from quickly skimming through them on this forum and the hiv forum. what was the encounter that triggered all of this worrying?
grace
Yes. it is most likely to have shown up by 10.5 weeks.
Usual window period of the RPR is 4 weeks, although it's highly variable.

Most experts say 90 days is the outer window.
If possible, get both an RPR and a Trep-Sure (Syphilis EIA)
The latter is less prone to false positive, and prozone.
Good luck!
