Syphilis chancre after 11 weeks?

Could you confirm me how long it can take to see a chancre in case of primarly syphilis.
I dont understand why its mentionned almost everywhere 2 weeks till 90 days...considering that you say that it can never take up to 8 weeks.
I am heterosexual but concerned cause I have just seen a sore on the shaft of my penis 11 week after a naked erotic massage with strong rubbing. Thks for your reply
