Syphilis

Hello , Towards the end of January I had a risky encounter with a guy ( I'm a girl ) by preforming oral sex on him as he did me but no vaginal intercourse at all. Weeks later I've seen a bump on my butt then it scarred went away then one on my vagina. 2 weeks later I started feeling tired , achy pains , cough, headaches , fatigue , not eating for a day or two, tingling in feet and hands, my face started to break out and I had rashes on my body and feet spots on the bottom of my feet and one on my hand, white patch inside nose, I went to emergency and told them I think I've contracted syphilis , they took blood and urine sample This past Monday . I called them Friday because they didn't call me , got a hold to them and they said I didn't have anything. Why do I have all the symptoms? Is it something else. Everything came back negative. Did I take the test to early ? And after the treatment all symptoms went away but a bump formed on my vagina yesterday I don't know what to do ? Is it possible I did have it and got reinfected ? ( me and my boyfriend had oral sex unprotected and protected sex after I found out I didn't have anything)

If it doesn't sound like an std what could it be ? I've been looking at mono symptoms that also sound similar to my situation . but you can only get that from kissing and we didn't kiss whatsoever

Those symptoms are not related to any STD.
