Syphillis:

if I dont have a rash on my hands after 74 days of "POSSIBLE" exposure, does that mean I certainly do not have syphillis? I am overly paranoid...

not sure why you would think that itching on the nipple is std related?

if you had unprotected sex, why not follow up on proper testing at the proper times?

Also, can someone tell me if these are std related?
My left nipple has been itchy for the past few days, the itchyness stopped recently, but the skin around it is very dry. This is ONLY for my left nipple. Also; a few days ago I took a shower and afterwards I had these tiny bumps on my right arm. My mom said its most likely an allergic reaction to something. Are these symptoms of anything?
