Tests to be done for STD/HIV after 28days before 6 weeks

Hi,

I have insertive vaginal sex 28days back, condom broke in the middle I noticed it after sometime and changed the condom and continued. after that Girl removed condom she gave oral after that I ejaculated.

After 10 days I am got mild left pelvic pains and mild pain in my left testicle without any lumps. Pelvic pain and testicle pain is not persistent its coming and going this is only mild pain which I am still getting sometimes.

From past 2 days I am having a mild sore throat I am able to eat and talk properly I have only a itching sensation along with mild neck pain I am feeling like something is stuck in my neck when I drink or eat something. In 28days I felt headache's which ended very soon I guess this is of Anxiety. Do I still need to test for STD's/HIV ? The symptoms I am facing are because of ARS ? If I need to what tests I need to get done after 28days.

I am from INDIA, I called the girl with whom I had sex. She is doing alright. She said she dont have any problems.

Thanks in Advance,

Thanks Vance.

During ARS how severe will be the symptoms of HIV will be ? Since most of the symptoms of HIV are same as what we get with change in climatic conditions or Anxiety/Stress related or change in water or food what we intake.

how STD/HIV symptoms differ from these ? I will get my tests done. But for General knowledge I want to know how this differs from normal day to day health issues.
