Throat problems and one inguinal swollen gland

Here is what has been going on with my body:

I had a sore throat.  A few days after the sore throat I gave unprotected oral sex to a new sexual partner (which was 3 weeks ago from today).  Twice, and I had an open sore in my mouth.  After this was done, I noticed ONE pimple-like bump about an inch above the base of his penis.  He assured me it was just a pimple and that he is clean.

That night, I started having really bad anxiety and an upset stomach and unable to sleep through the night thinking that I contracted something.  For the past 3 weeks now, I've had a very dry mouth, enlarged circumvallate papillae, white tongue, SOMETIMES a sore throat but not all the time, rumbly stomach, loose bowel movements, fatigue, jaw pressure, feels like a hair ball stuck in my throat, nasal congestion.  I went to the doctors and he gave me an antibiotic and said I have a sinus infection.  I took the antibiotic for 2 days and my mouth problems became worse so I stopped it.  A week later, I got my period and also a yeast infection with that.  I went back to the docs and got a 1 day fluconzale tablet and took a cream suppository for 3 days.  I also got oral nystatin to swish in my mouth.  My yeast infection went away, except I have a bit of vaginal dryness now and it is itchy sometimes down there.  

I still have all the mouth/throat symptoms. Yesterday, I woke up with one red inguinal node bump in the crease of my left leg. Should I be worried about this?

My questions are: Can I be having early symptoms of HIV?  Could this be a herpes outbreak?  Any other possible problems I should be aware of?

this isn't all std related. it's been a nasty winter for germs in general. sounds like your defenses are down and you are just catching every "bug" going around right now :(

I now have a very, very congested chest and cough.  :( I wonder what all this could be.  Going to the doctors today.

Can't tell you about the symptoms, diarrhea can be from so many things and not STD related.

Grace, thank you so much for your response.  Since my last post, I still have the sinus problems but my vaginal yeast infection has cleared up.  A few days ago I had a rash on both of my inner thighs (high up, groin area) - just a few bumps on each and it was a bit itchy.  Then, I got razor burn from shaving my bikini line.  Today, I woke up with extreme diarrhea and a rumbly stomach.  Chills. Fatigue.  

Why do I keep having all these weird symptoms happening to me??  Should I be worried now?  This isn't going away!  :(

odds are this isn't hiv going on. it's not something you have a very high risk of contracting through oral sex anyways.

It sounds like you have several things going on at one time and odds are they aren't all related to each other.  Return to your provider this week for repeat vaginal exam and to discuss not getting better in general. Many times the upper respiratory issues are viral and just need to run their course but you never properly treated any bacterial sinus infection your provider thought you had either.
