Hey I've been having the exact same thing. I noticed them the other day while in the restroom. Though, you did describe them being reddish, the bumps I have are more pinkish on my foreskin? I wanted to know if you (or anyone) ever got back the their results on their check ups?
Please, please, please, reply back soon. I need to know if these are treatable and if they are contagious!
Well After reading all of this, feels good to know im not the only one, I too have little bumps on the inner part of my foreskin but also on the outside they're visible when the foreskin is stretched, but that not my only problem,my foreskin doesnt retract behind the head..and i know that there are excersizes for this, and circumsicion is an option...I wanted to know if the reason for the bumps could be because the head of my penis doesnt get cleaned properly because i cant retract the foreskin?
Well, I think your best option is to just get it checked. It could be any of these things, or warts, even.

I looked up fordyce spots and these seem to appear on the outer skin layer of the shaft. the bumps that I have are located on the area of the inner foreskin if that makes any sense. It is the area that is not visible of the foreskin that is directly covering/above the penis head. These are on the moist area of the foreskin and are almost impossible to see unless you stretch the foreskin , then you see lots of tiny bumps that you cannot feel if I run my finger on them. there is a very large number of them, however they do not extend to the visible area of foreskin when it is not retracted.
OK I read the answer from Dr. Hook, and I agree with him.
You might also google fordyce spots and see if that fits the other spots. Don't hesitate to see your doc about it though.

Thanks for your concern auntie. I would be interested in hearing your opinion also.
I notice that you posted this in the experts forum. Lets wait and see what the docs say so you don't waste your $15.
If you have questions after that, feel free to ask.
