Treated for all bacterial STDs... now what?

A while ago I had unprotected oral sex and protected penetrative sex with a stranger.  Three weeks later, had a sore throat.  Dr. said it may be Gonorrhea, but I didn't get tested because I didn't want the bill sent home (I'm married).

I was treated with 1gm of Azithromycin, a shot of Rosephin 250mg, 2 shots of Benzylpenicillin, and 2 gm of Flagyl to treat Trich, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and Syphilis.  The Dr. did this to put my mind at ease and said it's highly unlikely, that if I had any of these, that I'd still have them after all of this treatment.

However, two days after treatment, the tip of my meatus/urethral opening started to sting.  Not when I urinated, but most of the time.  And the opening of my meatus sticks together, and hurts when it comes apart.  Now the pain is moving into my bladder.  I feel a need to urinate all of the time.  My stream/flow is fine, but the pressure is always there.  The Dr. put me on Doxycycline now twice a day for 10 days.  What could this be at this point?

I'm on day two of the Doxycycline and I'm miserable.  Haven't had any sexual contact since initial incident.

Please help.

Thanks Vance.  The Dr. called me today and recommended me to a urologist and switched me to cipro saying it really sounds more like a bad UTI and Cipro is stronger than doxycycline.  He feels that the chances of me still having an STD are practically zero.

I don't think it's herpes because it really isn't uncomfortable to urinate.  I do have red inside my meatus/urethra and it is irritated for sure.  Plus, this has been going on for too long and the herpes outbreak doesn't last this long.  I'm scheduled for the urologist next week and I guess I'll take the Cipro

Can't even guess with all the medication you have been given. It is going to cover the basic STD's liek NGU, gonorrhea and chlamydia.
