Trichomoniasis questions

Hello,
I have a question concerning Trichomoniasis. .  2-3 months ago I had protected oral and protected vaginal sex with a prostitute. The condom never broke to my recollection but she handed me a hand towel to use to wipe my genitalia with after I'm pretty sure she may have used it first to wipe herself.  I can't seem to find any accurate websites with solid information out there as they all seem to be vague or have agendas.

Is it possible to have contracted Trichomoniasis in this situation?

I was also wondering if a man can get tested for it even if he is not experiencing any symptoms?  I tested for other STDs just for a piece of mind but not for Trichomoniasis as the online testing site didn't offer it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

Thank you for your response.  It would probably be a waste of time then to go to the dr to get checked for trich then?  Is there any good articles or websites anywhere on the internet that could be good reading in terms of sexual health in general?  Everything i see on the internet has vague information and I am having trouble believing what i read, even the CDC website i feel has their own agenda.  I know this site appears to be the best for information but was wondering what other sites may be out there to try and educate myself in terms of sexual well being.

Yes it would be possible, but rare. Yes men can get tested but in men it is not the easiest infection to test for. Overall I see no real reason to worry about Trich.
