Trying to understand what this is

Hello, I have noticed lately some pink dots on my legs around my penis (not on the penis or scrotum itself)
These dots at first were very itchy and irritated but now are less so. There are a lot of them on the right leg and almost none on the left one. I first noticed them about two weeks ago. I have once had unprotected sex with a female who MIGHT have had some form of STD (can't be sure) but this happened 6 years ago and i have never had unprotected sex since. Thanks in advance for any help!

6 years ago has nothing to do with a STD. See a Dr if concerned.
