Tube of Lubricating Jelly Pose any Risk

Okay my husband and I have been married for several years, have a couple of kids and we were both tested many times for HIV because of the marriage and pregnancies etc.  We both tested negative.  Prior to marrying my husband I had a boyfriend and he was clean as far as I know as I accepted his word that he was tested and negative, however he must have left a tube of lubricating Jelly in my bathroom and it must have been used for sex with us and I did not realize it was still around.  So anyway, today I was rooting around in one of the bins in my linen closet (my husband and I live in the home I owened) now I recently cleaned the entire linen closet out and steam cleaned the shelves, put new shelf liners etc.  but as I was rooting around I came across this almost empty tube of lubricating jelly and immediately had a flash back.  I freaked out because number 1 I am a germophobe but number 2 I am a germophobe.  So I freaked and it so happens that my husband tells me he thinks it is a tube he bought a couple of months ago and has been using it.  I tell him quite clearly he did not buy that tube.  Anyway, he remembers he was putting a new drain in one of the sinks recently and thinks he just may have found that when he emptied the cabinet and thinking he or I bought it put it in my clean cosmetic bin and then used it more than once.  Well he was arguing so much that he bought it I finally retrieved the tube I tossed out of disgust and read the expiration date was before he and I even met and would put it at the exact time frame I am talking about. upon close inspection I can see the top of the tube is dirty and that flipping the top open their is dirt in the hinge of the pop up top and around the rim.  Now I am totally freaked because I know I tested clean after breaking up with the previous boyfriend but I only have his word he was tested and clean so here my husband has not only been using a tube of expired jelly but one that was used by someone other than that two of us, he had that dirty tube in amongst things I was using unknowingly that had touched this tube and beyond that he actually used the lubricant on his genitals thinking he had bought it.  I am sick with worry and fear and want to throw several hundred dollars of new items in that bin out and feel like burning my house down because it feels contaminated and I know that is extreme but now I feel that he has exposed us all including our small children to HIV or another STD because of this.  I don't know what to do, do we all need to get ourselves tested?  Even the kids, he used bandaids from that bin on our kids and other things.  Sick with worry.
