UTI for months?

Ok, Im a 19 year old male who on july 17th gave and recieved oral and made out with another guy, about 2 or three days later I noticed frequent urination, pain in bladder, slight pain in genitals, and occasional redness on the genitals. I have not had any discharge or full on blisters. It went away about a week after, only to return like ten days later, where it is till here, antibiotics have done nothing, I have been on ciprofloxacine, doxycyline, macrobid, bactrim and azithromycin, all have done nothing, doctor said he didnt thing it was an std because I have no full on blisters or discharge, my urine samples always come clean. Could my doctor be a quack? Could this be an STD, if so which one is it most likely, My biggest fear is herpes, I just hope whatever I have is curable

Based what youve read, think the redness could be a sign of herpes? Ive had this going on for more than a month now, doesnt seem likely an outbreak would last this long without obvious blisters showing. Im just confused because doctors say there is no baceria in my urine, which means they say I have no urinary tract infection. I dont see why this pain would be caused by something other than an infection

A dr is your only choice, we can't diagnosis you here. And if you tested negative for STD's like gonorrhea and others then it is not a STD.

I went to the health department to get tested for STDs again but they wont test me for three moths because the antibiotics I was on could give a false positive or negative, I can wait that long, I need some help. I dont have much money, so I cant see the doctor again for awhile

I went to urologist, they found nothing, I was tested for gonoreah and chlamydia.Ive been slightly paranoid about it being herpes, I have slight redness in sme areas, but nothing resembling a herpes blisters, and I dont know if a outbreak could last this long without hardcore blisters. Maybe a false negative came up for gonoreah or chlamydia, maybe all the antibiotics Im on had affected some of the test the doctors did. Im just really scared right now, just wanna know what this could be
