Unsure as to what I have

I have had unprotected sex roughly 6 months ago. Within 2 or 3 days of this the head of my penis broke out in a red, blotchy rash which faded over the next few days. I thought it must have been a bacterial infection that faded of it's own accord and thought nothing more of it. It has since recurred and I have been to a GUM clinic and was diagnosed with Non-Specific Urethritis and given 1000mg of Azithromycin - all other tests came back negative (swab, urine and blood tests for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and hiv i think).

My symptoms basically happen the same each time. After sex or masturbation - the next morning I will wake up to a red spotted rash on the glans (scattered over the area in blotchy patches). It isn't painful nor does it hurt to pass urine over the affected area. The spots do not contain any fluid nor appear ulcerated - however when I wash my penis, they will appear to tear leaving me with patches of broken skin and within 3 days there is no sign of anything again.

I have taken pictures but I'm unsure how to upload them? Does anyone have any similar issue that they have had diagnosed or could any medical professional shed any light on possible causes?

hi, just to say applied the cream for a while, it all settled down. saw the doctor yesterday he said i had no stds or stis. but my penis is still a bit irritated and doesn't look quite normal. i think i may leave it a few more days and apply the cream again until it settles down

hi fluffybunny, just to say before the pictures come down, i have exactly the same symptoms! i have no itching/pain/pain when peeing and i noticed the symptoms after i masturbated the other day. i had had protected sex with a prostitute a few days before (which i deeply regret), so i thought it might be an std or something from that experience (i had unprotected oral sex but protected vaginal sex). i saw my doctor and she said it wasnt herpes and didn't think it was any other std (i told her about the encounter with the prostitute and my worries) but she said she thought it was a dermatological problem. she prescribed me fucidin and i have been applying the cream for 1 day now (4 more to go on the prescription). she said that if i had an std or a yeast infection then the cream either wouldnt work or would make my condition worse; i'll let you know what happens.
you said you had a test for stds and hiv? they all came back negative correct? i'm worried still that this might be a sign of something from the sex with the prostitute.

anything that just shows up after sex or masturbation, isn't std related. odds are it's just irritation more than anything.  lube, lube and more lube!
