Check out the symptoms for mono.... it sounds like you! Little red spots, sore and swollen neck glands, aching ribs and abdominal, fever... headache?

You can get yeast if you are circumsized, and STD symptoms wouldn't come and go like that.
No std would cause pain under the ribs. Your lower abdominal is down by your groin - by your ribs is your upper abdomen.
I don't know what is going on, but it sounds like its time to focus on something other than stds as a cause.

ok so i went to the Doctor and he said:
" though we are not going to speculate anything (test haven't come back yet) it doesn't sound like an STD, because they don't come and go that quick, and would not subside with out some sort of treatment"
"because I'm circumsized wouldn't be a yeast infection"
Are both these statements true?
Plus I'm having these lower abdominal pains ( at the bottom of my ribs) seems like it started lower abs (above my groin) and has moved up to under my Ribs. My wife is now started to complain about lower abdominal pain.
I wouldn't be so alarmed If these symptoms just came into being with no cause, I'm worried because of the coincidence of being after sex.
Does this sound like anything to you Auntie? or me being paranoid?
soon I hope, im going to go down to the clinic tonight to check up
First, stop using the cream if its making things worse, and I'm not sure why you are palpating the area, but stop that too. Just let it be for a few days - maybe over the weekend, and see how it goes.
When do you get your results back?
Aj
No. The Doctor ran the normal test's to rule out any possible STD's. He hasn't proscribed anything or even gave any notion to what it may be. When I said burning, he just sat up and wrote me out for some tests and said they'll call me. Which to say has left me in this big uncertainty zone.
The burning is subsiding, the "bumps" are hard to describe, there not really bumps, but there not really dots? there not Visible at first glance ( I'm circumsized) , I have to press the skin down around to see them.
Plus the women I have been with ( only 1 and my wife) say they tested negative and are showing no signs. My wife had the yeast ( or what she thinks was a yeast depending on what I may have) but Applied Anti-fungal cream and it went away.... Thus my reason to apply the Anti-fungal.
My alarm for concern is the lower abdominal discomfort, discomfort beside the gentail area, the recent flu like symptoms ( subsiding), Burning of the urethra ( subsiding) and the red bumps (which seem to be most prominent after i apply cream or when I'm palpating the area)
It could, but its not all that likely.
STDs won't give you gas pains, either.
Did the doctor advise you to use the antifungal cream?
Aj
Thanks Auntie, your comments and input are very much welcomed and appreciated around this forum, you seem like a very nice person :D
another Question If I will?
I have been putting anti-fungal cream in my penis and the Pain seems to be going away....there are some red dots on the tip of my penis.... not blisters but little red "bumps" i guess would be a better explanation.... I also have lower abdominal discomfort (feels like gas kinda), still no discharge.
I know you cant Diagnose anything (especially over the web) but any idea of what that sounds like? could bacteria cause this many symptoms?
Thanks Again
G
Hi there -
HIV wouldn't cause these symptoms.
Yes, yeast can cause the symptoms you have on your penis, but it probably wouldn't cause swollen glands, etc. Stress can do all that, though.
Nope, it could be that you are passing yeast back and forth, or maybe even a flu bug.
If you are going to have sex with women other than your wife, it would probably be a good idea to just use condoms as a rule. It would save a LOT of anxiety down the road.
