Warts

I was recently diagnosed with gen. warts.  I have irrigation and discomfort from them.  I have been reading about them and it sounds like pain/discomfort is not usual.  I'm wondering if it might be something else.  Any thoughts?

if mine do itch, it's while i'm sitting down too, but i don't know if it's the same discomfort that you have.  they prescribed me the aldara cream but I think I want to get them zapped off with cryotherapy instead.  it might be cheaper (aldara is $$ EXPENSIVE $$), and it will get rid of them right away.

I was just diagnosed too :(  I feel ya.  But how much irritation are you feeling?  Because I feel a tiny bit of itching sometimes but that's it.  My guess is it's normal to feel some irritation, especially if they're in an area that gets rubbed a lot or something, but if you are feeling significant irritation, then maybe it is something else?  I can't say I've read anything about irratation either.
