What STD does this sound like?

I started having a slight burning sensation when urinating about 5 days ago. Now, it is a little red and puffy around the opening of the tip of my penis, and it burns a lot when I urinate.

Just today, I had two little spots pop up on the head of my penis. They kind of look like zits (white heads).

What does this sound like? I was hoping it was something like chlamydia that can be cured, but now that I have those 2 spots I am worried. I am going to get tested sometime this week.

Just got back from the doctor.  He said it could very well be an STD, but he thinks it is just a skin infection.  He had me do a blood and urine test and prescribed me MUPIROCIN.  Hopefully it is just a skin infection and it will clear up within a week.

I have a Dr. appointment this afternoon, so I'll see what he says.  I certainty hope it is not an STD.

No it is not obvious that she has a STD, this might not be a STD. While the burning can be a symptom of a STD it does not have to be.

See a Dr, this might be a STD from oral sex or it might be something else. STD's from oral sex are not common, so chances are if you did get a STD the girl has no clue about it.

Yes, two times with the same person in the last month.  Protected sex, but unprotected oral sex.  She said she did not have any STDs, but obviously she does because I would have caught this from her.

Well it would better help me if you could answer a couple of questions. Have you recently had sex? Was it with someone new? Was it unprotected?
