i havent went to the doctor yet. i dont have a family doctor but i was thinking about going to the local health department that did the hiv 1/2 blood test on me and ask them to recommend me to one. The guy there didnt know what was causing the whiteness on my tongue either but said i shouldnt worry about hiv and i asked him if there is any posibility that an hiv antibody test woulndt catch an hiv+ person and he said that a person would take many years to get to the point where if they had hiv it would be so advanced that there body would stop making hiv antibodies and my exposure was 2+ years ago but im still worried i dont know why. Yesterday i bought a tongue cleaner and after using it my tongue looked about 50% - 60% less white.
Have you went to the doctor and had them scrape your tongue and look for yeast so it can be treated?
And it doesn't take something as severe as hiv or cancer to weaken the immune system enough for yeast to overgrow. sometimes it's as simple as lack of sleep, poor diet, stress and even common everyday cold and flu germs that can do it. Don't make more of this than it should be.

im more worried that my tongue is so white and has been white for about 4 months and the white coat on top of it wont go away and it sometimes it feels sour and then my itchy skin. Thats why im worried if it wasnt for those 2 things i would be on with my life and would be 100% convinced i dont have hiv since ive tested negative 3 times. but those three tests for for hiv antibodies and where done 2 years after exposure. I guess i just need help from you guys explaining this and if you guys know what could be causing these two things because as i understand they white tongue or oral thrush can be caused by a weakend immune system so thats what scares me.
stop worrying so much. Move past the notion of having hiv from that encounter.

so do you guys think that there is no posibility that if i where hiv + the antibody test wouldve missed the antibodies because i waited 2+ years plus after exposure to get tested for hiv antibodies?
This sounds like perhaps you have an oral and a genital fungal infection . These things happen even when you don't have hiv. You've covered your hiv bases - it's time to move on. Follow up with a dermatologist to find out what is going on.
