What if anything can I have gotten?

At my friend’s bachelor party had a dancer grind her sometimes exposed vagina against the outside of my pants and dry hump my penis creating a wet spot from the two of us from the brief 3 min dry hump but nothing more.  No kissing accept on both our necks. She briefly mouthed my penis for 3 seconds through my shorts and I grabbed her butt during the dry ride. I briefly had my fingers brushed up against her vagina with my fingers but did not play or slide them inside.  No skin to skin genital contact and my solider never saw light of day.

Since had symptoms of needing to urinate frequently, initially felt some mild pain urinating but it is now is more of a post urination pain for last for about 5 min max going on for last 3 weeks with some minor itching of urethra area from time to time.  No discharge of any kind from penis, no signs or blisters of any kind on penis or sac and no issues with pain on ejaculation.

Did testing at 3 weeks and negative for - Hep B, Hep C, Syphilis, HPV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea Also had urinalysis for UTI which also was negative with no bacterial infection found.

Should I be worried that I might have gotten anything from the event including Trich based on symptoms?  Do I continue to test or test for others?

Yes mainly because you had no risk.

Last question was 3 weeks sufficient time for my testing for Hep B, Hep C,  HPV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea? - Another words - should I feel confident in being clean based on incident and those results?  I know Syphilis can range as far out as 90 days though.

No, see no reason for any type of STD testing.

I think there is a lot to it from that angle Vance but should I go in for a Trich test since only one that seems Sx related and untested or not?  Thanks for your time in answering my questions btw.

My guess would be anxiety related
