What other causes could these be??PLEASE HELP

performed oral on my partner about 2 weeks ago, my doc said it was tonsillitis and gave me antibiotics. But in the last 2-3 days I've noticed I have 3 bumps coming from the back of my neck to my ear. Both my partner and I haven't been intimate with anyone else but each other. Is it possible to get an Sti still? Are there any other things that could possibly be wrong? I do have eczema and allergies, but I've not seen anything on my neck like that before. The bumps aren't painful there about the size of a pin head. My face has been itchy for a bit of time(about a day), and my throat is still slightly red(I believe it may be thrush) Should I go back to my primary doctor??I'm really scared please help??

Hi what your describing are NOT symptoms of any std and being the size of a pinhead, maybe your just noticing them now from axiety. but do see a doc if it would make you feel better.
