White Discharge with Bowel Movement

Hello.  I get this white creamy (i think) discharge when I have anal sex.  I ALWAYS use condom when I have anal sex.  I don't allow my partner to discharge inside me.  I always ask my partner to withdraw and still discharge in his condom.  I am paranoid about it.  I'm scared to death.  I actually scooped out the white creamy substance when I did a bowel movement just to see what it is.  It looks like its semen but I know it's not because I never allow my partner to discharge inside my anus.  Please let me know what is wrong with me.  I hope this is not any sexually transmitted disease because I always, ALWAYS use protected sex.  Thank you.

I don't know if its an std or not.  It might be, or it could be a naturally occuring infection.  Only lab tests will show for sure.

Thank you so much for your thoughts.  I am very careful and I don't want to give it to my boyfriend, which i'm sure I wouldn't because we use condom when we have sex anyway.  So you don't think this is an STD?  I made a doctor's appointment to make sure.  I did my research and I don't have the symptoms or signs of an STD.  I am open for more insight.  Thank you

This could be an infection or inflammation in your prostate, which isn't always from an std.

I would certainly get it checked though.
