White bumps around vagina lips

Hello,
I have white bumps around the lips above the clit and down by the vagina lips. They do not hurt or have ever bothered me. I especially notice them when I'm on my period. Is this an STD and should I be worried?

you need to be seen and get these looked at. they could be any number of things , even something completely normal but it will take a proper evaluation to know.
