White looking sores in foreskin (inside not on the outside)

URGENT PLEASE HELP!!
I had an encounter recently but that I used condom for everything so the latest where condom wasn't used for oral was about 3 - 4 weeks back. From then, everything was alright till just now. When i went to shower, as I was washing my penis, I felt a slight sting (i'm uncircumcised) so after flipping the foreskin a little I saw what i think are sores??

They are on the inside of the foreskin, not throughout like vertically lined down.I couldn't spot any on the penis itself. So basically when I sit and accidentally press against the tip of the foreskin where they are it stings a little. PLEASE HELP IS IT HERPES/WARTS OR SYPHILLIS?

It doesn't hurt when I urinate though (did that just now and no feeling) but now when I walk a little and the foreskin hits the side of my thigh it stings a little(sort of tender?). Before shower (befor i realized it) there was no issue whatsoever. Please help! Now that I got it I think about a week back my throat felt a little 'sore' but i attributed that to the runny nose and phlegm building up in my throat. Please help

Thanks.grace but aside from syphillis, herpes is it likely to be any other sti? I noticed the sores/blisters are extremely small. Each is like slightly.bigger then the tip of the needle and it's.small groups clustered together. Thanks.

you need to be seen and get these properly looked at. they could be any number of things going on and it'll take a proper exam to know for sure what is causing your symptoms.

To add on I do masturbate quite a lot (almost everyday and is it because i over-did it? Because i showered right after i did it and that was when i felt the sting and saw the sores on the inside
