White ridges on both sides of tongue

Hi, I have 2 white ridges on the sides of my tongue. The left side is, for the lack of words, thicker than the right. The right lateral of my tongue is fairly thin. When I wake up, they seem to thicken, but during the day they are fairly thinner. What is this? I've read it can be OHL, but I tested HIV- .

I had this as an allergic reaction to some blood pressure medicine I was taking.   Switched to different medication & it went away in a couple of days.
