White spots on penis

Recently i had unprotected sex with a girl for the first time. The same day i noticed between 10 and 12 small white bumps on the lower shaft of my penis. They have now been there for almost two and a half weeks. I can squeeze them and they seem to be solid and nothing comes out. Any ideas what this could be?

It might.

It sounds like you need to see your doctor for an exam.  That is the only sure way to find out.

Yeah sorry about that. I googled the fordyce spots and they do look something like those but they seem to be more defined then fordyce spots. I was doing some research and came across something called molluscum contagiosum. Could this have a similar appearance as the fordyce spots?

Its really helpful to have all the information up front.

You can have both folliculitis and fordyce spots.  Have you googled fordyce spots yet?

Ok, thanks. but just one more part to that. About two months ago i went to the doctor before these spots showed and he said that i had folliculitis. These spots look different, but could this be the cause because i have never had them actually on my penis before.

Google fordyce spots and see if that fits.  If that's not it, it might be warts, but it wouldn't be from this encounter - warts take at least a month to show up.
