If it happened 1 time then it is not a STD.

I got tested for everything 3 months after the vaginal sex and everything was negative, but now im scared this white substance occurred because of the oral sex i recieved 1 month ago. So having a white substance around/inside my foreskin isnt from an std? Is it dangerous tho :(

If you had unprotected sex with a girl of unknown status a full panel std test should be done. Though white discharge is not neccesarily a std symptom.
