Will antibiotics interfere with mycroplasma and ureaplasma test

If I have been taking antibiotics (doxy) will the antibiotics interfere with mycroplasma and ureaplasma test. The urologist massaged my prostate for a little and then I did first void urone in a cup.

Thanks Dave. Now if a woman were to spit on my penis and masturbate me is that a way of transmission of getting ureplasma and m. Genitalium? And if doxy doesn't treat those bacteria why would it interfere with the test? Thanks
