Worried about contracting STD

Hi all, i am really worried after i had protected blowjob, massage and handjobs from 2 sex workers i pattaya. It happened 2 weeks ago.
Symptoms : After 1 week of exposure , i started feeling vibration and motion in my testicles and it went away after 2 days.Next day, when i masturbated , i saw a slight reddish and swollen urethra. It has been swollen slightly since then.
And also, when i used to masturbate earlier my semen was more like watery . Now , the last 2 times i have masturbated it is really thick and white.
I once had white discharge after urination too.

I am really worried , If i have contracted any STD's?? Please , looking for an answer!

To update wih my symptoms after a month of exposure.

My peehole is swollen and little reddish still. I developed rash on both armpits and i got pimple on my chest too , which i never used to get. I am really worried.Does that suggest syphilisor any other STD ?

Thanks for the Reply guys. I just want to further clarify few things because i get too anxious sometimes. I have slight swollen urethra which i do not had before the encounter and testicles motion had stopped but i sense sensation in them sometimes like for a few seconds. I have some neck pain and back pain sometimes too.
I understand that i had safe sex and is low risk for STD but why are these symptoms occuring ? Am i thinking unreasonably

Did the sex workers use oils, cream or other kind of substance to give you the handjobs? Many times that causes chemical irritation on the penis since the tissue is very sensitive. Also the chemicals in the condom or the latex itself can give you irritation too if you're allergic.
