Would Clarithromycin prevent clamydia?

I just lost my virginity and made the mistake of not using protection.  (I'm an 18 yr old male roughly 170 lbs.) She bleed a little bit even though she was not a virgin, sho told me it's happened before and it was because She had a small vagina and I had a large penis. Obviously we stopped after that happened.  Afterwards, she told me that she had previously had clamydia but had been treated and cured. I have anxiety and I am freaking out that I may have gotten it. I saw that the girl bleeding during sex could be a sign on this site, and if it stings while urinating is another sign. Upon reading these signs I think I recall it stinging a little when I urinted an hr after we had sex. I also think I noticed some clear liquid from the top of my penis before I went to the bathroom. Could symptons show for me not even hrs after having vaginal/oral intercourse? I have and am being treated for Lyme Dease and one of the meds I take is 500 mg of Clarithromycun twice a day, would that prevent me/get rid of clamydia if I did indeed get it? Also, is it true you need to wait atleast a couple of days after intercourse to get tested for it to be accurate? I'm sorry for spelling/grammar or any stupid questions, it's 2:30 am and I am FREAKING out! Any info would be much appreciated.

Hi, if your concerned about chlamydia get tested 7 days post exposure and  Clarithromycin is an antibiotic so it may have a positive effect on chlamydia but you would need to talk to you doctor about this as depends on dosage.
