Yeast infection on Penis?

Am 21 years old... How long does it takes to cure the penis yeast infection!!! i had some red and black rashes in inner skin of my penis just below the penis tip! I had unprotected oral and protected sex with a sex worker 3 months ago 26-nov-2012 that was my first time sex experience in my life..!! i developed this infection after 17 days of exposure!! but the thing is i developed this irritating infection on the final day of my holiday trip i strongly remember i used uncleaned toilets and uncleaned underwear for more than 3 days.. Am having this yeast infection for 2 months!! it goes and comes.. I consulted a dermatologist he prescribed me flucanizole 400mg once in a week for 8 weeks and anti fungal cream with two anti bacterial medicines for 30 days!! Now All my rashes have disappeared!! i went to the same doc again he gave me steroid cream Fluticasone propionate to be applied for two months from now on!! It is used to treat secondary infection..!!

All my reddish rashes disappeared but still there are some little red rash and  Little irritation expecially after i maturbate for 20 - 40 mins !!
I use to masturbate once in a day still its continuing...!! Is that the cause for irritation?? Please tell me how long does it takes to "CURE" yeast infection or its some other bacterial infection??

Please HELP!! :-( :-( :-(

Well I would suggest getting some testing to find out exactly what you have. Or did you and it came back positive for yeast infection?
