My girlfriend is almost a month late on her period and she says she has a fishy odor from vagina? What could be wrong? Thanks for your help.

she needs to be seen and get a proper exam done. she needs to do this sooner rather than later. odds are she just has bv but many other infections it might be. also if her period is late, pregnancy needs ruled out also.
