bacterial vaginosis and hiv?
I suffer from recurrent bacterial vaginosis and have for some time. I know this makes women more vulnerable to HIV when they have unprotected sex, but my question is, what if its unprotected oral sex?
Is the risk the same as unprotected intercourse?
I've heard oral sex has a very low HIV transmission track, but would the bacterial vaginosis change that any?

you already had this answered on the hiv forum where all hiv related questions belong.
protect yourself and only give and receive protected oral sex unless it's a long term monogamous partner whose std status you are aware of. even though oral sex is low risk, it's not no risk and it's never worth putting your health at risk!!
