blood in stool worried & went to urgent care

i noticed that it's been painful to have a bowel movement and to whipe myself afterwards, and then to top it off there was blood, i told a friend and he said it may be a torn fisher (spelling?) and not to worry.  This issue persisted until i gave myself an enema and there was a large amount of blood in the toilet, so i went to the doctor who took a look and said that to her it "looked" like Herpes! I freaked out.  I have not had sex (am a homosexual and am the one who gets penetrated) in 20 years, I do however have oral sex with my current partner of 15 years.  I just couldn't believe it.  She stated that the test would come back in 3 to 5 days.  So my question is, could she be wrong? and is there risk from performing oral and cunnilingus on a male to get herpes? (I did have a one night stand back in '09 that i painfully remembered (no penetration just me performing oral and analingus on him) and thought the doctor may be right?) I have always been tested for STDs through my primary doctor and they always come back clean, so this really has me in a frenzy.  She also prescribed me herpes med.? I have not been officially diagnosed with it, her reasoning was to treat the symptoms (sores around the anus).

thanks, i hope so, but the doctor said "herpes" when she did the exam.  I am thinking that too, because i have not had anal sex performed on me since 9/93.
