I'd see a doctor but I'm very confident this isn't STD related at all.

Burning urination when related to an STD is due to inflammation of the urithra so the burning would be pretty constant. When did you last get an STD check up?

As long as the condom didn't break and stayed in place then you're safe from any bacterial STD that could cause burning urination. I suggest continue to drink more fluids and if problems persist then take a visit to the doctor. Hope this helps.

This sounds like a simple case of dehydration not an STD. Have you any other symptoms? Discharge? Have you recently had an unprotected encounter?
