Red spots or bumps on your tongue could be caused by acid reflux. That's what I had. And I never have had heartburn, just acid reflux so it was difficult to figure out what it was causing the bumps. Maybe not what you've got going on, but figured I'd mention.

wow you really dont hear that some one has only had sex once but that is good compared to others. ok so if you've only had sex once, then you need to think about when? with who? and did you use protection? Red spots on your tongue can be so many things so just think about that and even though you trust the person you engaged in sexual activity with i would get tested anyways to get the doubt of my mind. Trust me im speaking from experience.

are they sensitive? does it hurt when you brush your tongue? have you performed oral sex in the last 3-6 months? I had red spots on my tongue and it turned out to be syphilis. you should and need to go to an STD clinic and get tested for syphilis and other STD's is what i would suggest.
