chlamydia contraction

i was ust diagnosed with chlaydia, and i have been with my wife for 5 years, used condoms, and we both have never had outside sexual contact.  how is it possible that I have contracted now.  she recently had a hysterectomy coulld that be a factor or is it that one of us has had it for some time...

As I said...get the wife to test and you to retest.

i got tested for diabetis, and had a blood and urine test.  Those were the results of my urine test.

I would suggest your wife testing and you retesting. You could have gotten a false positive. If not then someone has gone outside of the marriage.
