chlamydia

ive been with my partner for over 10 years and 6 years ago we found out we both had chlamydia we both got treated and i had a test after and it came back negitive my bf didnt have a re-test now just recently i found out that i have chlamydia again so myself and my bf got treated again but my bf results came back negitive before he got treated i cant understand this why have i got chlamydia again when i have not cheated on my bf  this is breaking us apart as he thinks ive cheated on him please help

Or bf could have cheated and given it to you and taken medication to clear it himself.

Well you will not know for sure but you could have had a false positive.
