cipro doxy Chlamydia Gonorrhea Abdominal clueless

i am a 25 year old male who about 2 months ago I recieved unprotected oral sex. within a couple of days I felt the constant urge to urinate. Im not sure if it was actually uti because there was no stinging.I thought it could just be my anxiety of what i did outside my relationship. I went to the doctor that week and was told I had no symptoms of any std and was given doxycline for 10 days. During the doxy i was taking antacids and pepto not knowing they bind with the doxy. Once I was done with the doxy the urge to urinate was gone but i developed stomach pains all over my stomach. Sometimes on the right sometimes on the left. I also developed Green stool very loose with white spots.I was also very fatigued and nasuas at times. I went back to the doctor and had blood, urine, and stool tests done. All came back negitive. The doctor then prescribed me 10 days of cipro. Again not knowing I should drink milk or have iron supplements(potatos?) beacuse these bind with the cipro. stool somewhat cleared up and only dull pains in stomach. I thought I was cured. no nasuea, no fatigue, and i gained my appetite back.  1 day after finishing I started with green stool again and now have a dull ache in my testicle and penis sometimes during the day. It seems to be worse after sex. Now I am currently on 10 days of bactrim ds because the doctor said we need to get tougher on any infection i have. and I have also been sent for an abdominal cat scan.

My questions are should I still be worried about an std considering my achy genitals .
even though urine culture and blood came back negitive.and multiple doses of antibiotics. If not what else could be causing my symptoms. The most frustrating part of all of this is not my symptoms but not knowing what is going on with me.

Thank you in advance

Just a correction, I meant to say that the pain would be on your right side of the body, since the liver is on the right side.

1) Yes, it still can be prostatitis.  I can go 4-5 days without any symptoms or mild symptoms, then they hit me.  It's a cycle.

2) Stomach pains aren't usually caused by any STDs.  Hepatitis can cause liver pain, but that would only be on your left side of the body, not both.  Have you had a blood test?

3) STD symptoms do not come and go.  However, they can simply disappear and cause you to be asymptomatic, even though you still have the STD.  But once they go, they don't usually reappear (the symptoms that is)

Thank you very much for the reply

Just a little update
Since my last post I have been off antibotics for 10 days now and had a catscan and ultrasound done, both came back negitive for anything. My genital symptoms have pretty much gone away, or are only slightly there. even before it kind of came and went. I am still having stomach issues though. I can best describe it as stomach pains on both sides of my stomach(not at the same time) that appear usually mid day. I feel pretty good when i wake up. I am also having stinging pains in my legs, toes, feet and thighs with them. I also ocasionally have blood mixed with my stool, not loose like a hemmroid would cause.

I have a couple of questions if you or anyone else might want to help me with.

1. do you still think it could be prostatitis even though my genital ache comes and goes?

2. any idea what could be causing my stinging pains and or stomach pain(std?)

3. do std symptoms come and go, or is it that once you have them they stay until cured?

Thank you

I've sort of been through the similar things you have described.  I had an STD, took the medication, tested negative for the std thereafter, but still had symptoms, to this day, which is now 6 months later.  I went to a urologist, and he diagnosed me as having prostatitis.  Prostatitis causes all of the symptoms you are describing, except for the green stool, etc., which could ahve been due to the medications you took. Look into this.
