constipation after 2 months from unprotected oral sex
I am Ian. 24 years old. Asian living in Italy. Sorry for my english language. I'll try best to describe my situation. Please kindly help me.
In march 13th I went to massage parlour and I paid extra money her to massage my penis. After sometime, the lady sucked my penis without any condom and it was for about 5 minutes. I really enjoyed the moment. But soon after next day, I felt mild abdominal pain, nausea, numbness of my left leg and mild fever. When I visit the massage parlor after 1 week, i heard that lady had been HIV positive for 5 years and has left the place. I was so terrified and understood my mistake. I worried alot. I felt like suicide. But then after meeting a doctor he suggested me to performe some tests.
At 10 days mark I did urine PCR for clamydia and gonorrhea. All came negative. But, mild abdominal pain and nausea were present. After 1 month nausea was stopped. But pain was still there once in a while. And i started experiencing pain while defecating. At 6 week mark performed tests for syphilis, hiv, hepatitis and herpes. All came back negative. Slowly, i have developed constipation. Since 2 weeks now, I am experincing difficulity in passing stool. For last 3 days I caouldn't pass stool. It doesn't pain or anything. But, it feels like blocked in side.
Am I experiencing my last days as a healthy individual? Am I having a serious condition ? What are my possible risks ? Can I be treated ?

I have performed a blood test after 2 years and 3 months (06 / 06 / 2019) after the exposure. The result came out to be negative for all the tests.

yes. the symptoms were not std related. thank you. I am fine now. And, he said, i am safe from std and be more wise.

You have been to your doctor and been tested for everything you say. And all tests have been negative. Please see your doctor for the cause of your symptoms as they appear to not be STD related. We wish you the best.
