do i need more tests

I had unprotected oral sex for three times with the same girl, first time was before 4 months and last was before almost one month, i haven't any symptoms for any STD during that period, but i did HIV antibody 4th test, VDRL (Syphilis) test was negative and i did urine analysis and was normal, do i need to do more tests since i knew that (gonorrhea, chlamydia, NGU) can cause penile itching and irritation with abnormal discharge ( chlamydia is rarly trasmit through oral). please advise. Thanks

Hi Doctor, recently i feel a pain in the head of my penis, this pain is come and go (pain not hard and it make me dis comfortable only), its stay for a round a week or more and then disappear for week or two, i don't have any other symptoms no discharge, no burning sensation during urination or ejaculation, no sores or rash or pimples in my genital area only that feeling of pain, and when i concentrate in something i forget that pain totally until i remember it again.

I didn't had any sexual encounter since last one mentioned in my previous questions before 6 months, is this pain related to any STD, do i want to repeat any of tests that i take before, or should i forget about this symptom, please advise me..

Thanks in advance
