Can you please tell me if there is any STDs which gives nausea and weakness after about 5 days of exposure? or is it just my mind freaking out?

No its not, its from drinking alcohol in excess or taking to many asprins or ibuprofin
i went to my doctor, he said i am suffering from gastritis. is gastritis related to any STDs?
naked skin on skin contact can transmit some std's but the risk of such is very low. really no good reason to think that you contracted a std from this. your symptoms don't sound at all like std related either.
