friction blisters or herpes blisters

My boy friends and I have been together for 17months. We had our first encounter June 2011. I had a STD test done 2 months after meeting him. The test was done August 2011. Everything came back negative but I did have bacterial vaginitis. I then had some type of stomach virus and went to my local hospital and had them run test on my blood and urine as well (January 2012. Everything was negative. My boyfriend and I had sex right before I went on a family vacation. After about a day he called and told me that he had blisters on the shaft of his penis. (May 2012) He asked if I had cheated on him or if I gave him herpes. I have never cheated on him nor had I been diagnosed with HSV 1 or 2. When I got back him I only gone 2 days. When I got back he shows me. He said that they didn't hurt. He didn't have any other pain or discomfort urinating. I took him to urgent care and the doctor there took his blood and viewed it under a microscope to see if he had an large amount of antibodies.....no. she said that everything in his blood looked fine. So we left they popped and heeled up. Then later on around Sept 2012 they came again and still no symptoms nothing. ( this blister just pop up there's no tingly no itching. A day after rough test they will form) and they just appeared again. We had sex Wednesday night and Thursday morning. Thursday night/Friday morning there were 2 or 3 small skin colored clear fluid fill blister. Today is Tuesday and they have already healed for the most part. At first I though he was allergic to my body lotion when I stopped used it he start with the blisters. This time I just changed soaps and I take 2 types of vitamins. I haven't has any pain or blisters form on me at all and I have performed oral sex with him over 50 times and no bumps on my lips or tongue. I have never had any discomfort urinating or with my periods on before or after. Can someone please me. I need to know if I need to be considered? Oh yeah he just had a doctor appointment last Wednesday. they said that they would call him if anything was irregular about his blood and no bad new yet.
1. Is it a irritation/ friction blister
2. If it is HSV what hasn't any doctor told us or Identified it.
3. Is there any other question that I can answer to help you help me
Thank you
