genital hsv1-hiv scare

im a male I got genital hsv1 last year. only had my initial outbreak. last week i had protected sex with a co worker  and i gave her oral. she did not perform oral on me. a day or two later i got headache and slight sinus pressure. since my herpes infection i now get stressed out about catching anything else especailly hiv. my stress is been so high that i get headaches all the time. a week later i got a mild herpes outbreak and today i now have a canker sore under my toungue. Im scared as hell, someone pls advise

it could be caused by stress or it could be the 1st real outbreak.
canker sore can be may different things, you could have oral herpes and that is why you have it.
Best place to ask herpes questions is in the herpes community, they have better information there.

no i had it one week later. first one since i caught it. is it caused by my stress? what about my canker sore? im a wreck bro.

If you r worried about HIV you should stop. You are not going to get HIV from performing oral sex on a woman.
You have oral herpes correct?
