i don't know if this is std or not?

i had so many drinks that night it was last week when i had sex with a stranger tried it (anally) but unable to go further (with condom of course x2). then on that same day when i masturbated there's blood in my semen (panicking) and feel constipated, ive also noticed blood in my stool (even panicky). a day after my lower back is painful and frequent urination but not suffering from any pain when passing urine. never experienced UTI or std's so i don't know the feeling. used dipstick urine and everything is normal.
1 week later i've got my blood results today but don't know the meaning of it and the diagnnosis of my illness
RBC 6.54 - normal 4.50 - 6.50
MCV 73.8 - normal 76.0 - 100.0
MCH 25.5 - normal 27.0 - 32.0
neutrophils 7.6 - normal 2.0 - 7.5
sodium 135 - normal 136 -145
creatinine 175 - normal 60 - 129
ESR 0 - normal 1 - 10
the rest of my blood results are normal.

i'm thinking it's non bacterial prostitis as it's all have the symptoms i'm experiencing but i dont know. can somebody help me what type of illness i've got? is it chlamydia, gonorrhea, cystitis or ?????? no dishcarges from penis though

I don't know - you need some more testing done to find out.  You should have a prostate exam.  Its not an std if your tests have been negative.  Herpes wouldn't cause these symptoms.

Perhaps you should post in the urology forum, since you know its not an std.

thank you for the advice. tested negative for syphillis, HIV, hepa A&B, gonorrhea, chlamydia but i'm still worried as i still got this intermittent pain in my back (lower, upper back - pain tends to move from one side to another), my thigh and legs and hip. pain is not continous more like it's on and off. went to my GP and ask for CBC including ferritin, uric acid, and urine for c&s. got the result and all are normal except for my MCV and MCH which is low. i'm waiting for ultra scan for my kidney and bladder.

there's only one std that i haven't been tested and that is herpes.....i have no sore or blister or any symptom at all.....my anal area is itchy sometimes that because i have hemorrhoids but again nothing symptomatic related to std's.

don't know what's the cause of this intermittent pain, it could be nerve damage, non bacterial prostitis or STD?

please help! maybe you can give me more advise.

thank you!

Whatever happens, it is NOT worth suicide.  Seriously.

Just hang in there, and know that whatever happens, you are strong enough to handle it.

thank you for your advise!
went to my GP last week (thursday) for advise he prescribed me ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day, I'm on my fifth day for seven days. Still suffering from frequent urination and lower back pain, no other symptoms.

went to gum clinic today (very embarassing!) but have to put a brave face. they didn't do a full screen as I'm on antibiotic to wait for seven days then full screen. I had HIV, Hepa A&B and syphillis test. Really scared and feel like I want to commit suicide and punch the man who gave it to me, Can't concentrate at work, really tired and my mind is just miles away.

Now I have to wait for the result for the test (next wednesday) and they will full screen me. I am really scared!

hope and pray that everything is normal..........

thanks!

You had no std testing in there.  I'm not sure why they did all those tests, and what some of them are, but they are not std tests.  You should have that done to at least rule it out.

A doctor can do a prostate exam as well.
