infected hair follicle or something else?

SCN
I recently came across this bump near the vagina in the pubic area, im not sure what it is it doesn't hurt, there is no puss or blood coming out of it, Ive tried everything from trying to pop it nothing happens, warm towel still nothing...of course my first thought is that it could be possible herpes or an infected hair follicle. This bump doesn't hurt, itch, the only time i notice its there is when i check to see if it has gone away. Could it be possible that my menstrual cycle could be a big reason to this bump? i should be starting soon.

you shouldn't be trying to pop this!  usually that's the worse thing you can and this sounds like it's not pop-able anyways.

this isn't herpes. doesn't sound like an infected hair follicle either.

best way to find out what it is is to be seen and get it looked at by your provider. '
