Hi alfred and welcome. Im not a doctor but have some experience. As Vance asked about the STD tests. Also if you had gonorrhea, about 5 days after, you would have white discharge and burning in your urerethra. And about 10 days it would have been so bad you would have gone to the ER for sure as would have been unbearable. Its been a year and sounds like prostititus which is an irritation or infection of the prostate gland. If its white/yellow discharge it would be bacterial, is clear it would be nonbacterial. Im not sure about the sores but you could be picking and pulling at your penis checking all the time and fingernails have a lot of bacteria. Do as Vance says and go back of the testing for STD,s and prostitus. Its been a year and you may have developed cronic prostitus which often comes from stress on the loop muscle in your rectum. if its this  it would be treated with anxiety meds. Also i heard that cronic prostitus could be called SI, which is a cysic bladder situation and give the same symptoms as the nonbacterial. Go have it checked out.
