itch on arms with small bumps

i recently found out that i have herpes on my mouth...and ever since i have been worrying about anthing else i could have. I got tested for everything else and all results came up negative but I have noticed now that i have little white bumps appearing everywhere on my body, mostly on my arms. Some of them are in little clusters and they itch really bad. I do not know what this is....any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Not to totally freak you out, but you probably got hsv1 as a kid from a parent or grandparent, or some other relative, as most people do.

If you've had it that long, why freak out now?

And I agree - you should see a derm.

Go to a dermotologist. It may be eczema or some other skin condition. Stop worrying and go to a doctor. What benefit are you going to get from the worry?
